ProspectForge provides AI-powered revenue automation services including CRM setup, lead capture systems, funnel builds, and AI content automation for local businesses.
All services require payment before work begins. We accept major credit cards and ACH transfers. Recurring subscriptions are billed monthly and auto-renew until cancelled.
All sales are final. Due to the custom digital nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once work has commenced. We will work with you to resolve any concerns.
Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled with 30 days written notice to [email protected]. You will retain access through the end of the paid period.
You agree to provide accurate business information, timely feedback, and necessary access to complete agreed-upon deliverables. Delays caused by client inaction may affect timelines.
Upon full payment, you own the deliverables we create for you. ProspectForge retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
ProspectForge's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the 30 days preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in Texas courts.
